I write about how people around the world read and remake British poetry in their novels, essays, exams, imitations, and parodies.
I'm an associate professor of English at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where I teach classes in British Romanticism, postcolonial literature, and the environmental humanities. I wrote The Global Wordsworth: Romanticism Out of Place (Bucknell UP, 2019) and I live with my husband and daughter in Western Massachusetts.
